2.materials、half-finished goods,preparing to test Lamps

3.prepare before working 

3-1drawing test lamps and check lamp numbers correctly.

4.Steps

4-1 pull faceplate of machine to a appropriate position,set lamps sofltly and orderly,write down test time on list 。

4-2 make a around and basic examine,pick broken lamps up.

4-3 before finishing 5 minutes,check out test lamps carefully and seriously,if something happen, we will pick and get rid of broken lamps. for example: electric arc.

4-4 finish testing,make a list which including roken lamps,then write down some infomations about time、name etc.

4-5 Next step, put all things in order,like get rid of broken lamps,clean table、wires and rub out dust.

5. a point for attention

5-1 when test lamps,must observe start condition,it must be successful,it also was obvious appearance character.

5-2 Main observation is inside character,before finishing 5 minutes.

5-3 return for report when finding unusual condition during testing time.
