UVA---When the wavelength arrive 365nm , the UV intensity will be highest and the effect will be best. There could be according customer request specification to manufacture the lamps.
- Deep Purple Lamps: Use the black or blue glass material tube to make the lamps so that
the appearance is deep purple. It is a new generation illuminating source focus on paper money testing machine , fluorescent result adorn , printing and dry etc...
Application: PC Case-Blue Light, Counterfeit Money Detector, Air Condition, Air Purifier , Scanner, Disinfecting dishwasher
- White Light Lamps: Use the special transparent fluorescent powder, then the powder is
smeared over the internal part of the glass tube so that the appearance shows the white light and is partial to the thin blue condition.
Application: It is usually used on TiO2 and the ultraviolet rays of the wavelength is more sensitive , so could be used with the mosquito zapper etc….

- Ozone Lamps: Use the quartz & transparent glasses. When is the manufacturing time , infusion the special rate gas , then the air is deflated by the end to end of the glass. Finally, the lamp end to end is seal up by high temperature.
185mm---- When on this wavelength , due to the UV penetrable rates of the inside quartz glass is higher , therefore the UV penetrates the the quartz glass then touches with the air so that could produce the lamp with the ozone. When the general customer request use the ozone lamp , we will suggest the customer to use the wavelength below 200nm lamp. Moreover, also could use different size specification of the ozone lamp based on the spatial size scope. The ozone lamp could disinfect , sterilize , and broadcast ozone gas of the lamp could make up for the defect about the lamp just spread UV along the straight line and don’t disinfect the dead space.
Application: General application is Industrial attend , disinfect function of the househood floor model and industrial waste water handling by semiconductor,
- Without Ozone Lamps: It is the same with the ozone , but the inside of the material tube would be processed so that the lamp will not disperse the stench to effect the human body. It is a new generation illuminating source focus on LCD Backlight , it could cost down the production. Also, since it is without ozone lamps so if put it on the household appliances not only don’t have the stench but(also) have the disinfect function.
253.7nm-- Because this wavelength still belonged to the short wave length in the scope, therefore its ultraviolet ray penetrated the quartz glass the probability and wavelength 185nm is distanced not far, but because in the market was quite widespread regarding the ultraviolet lamp tube use, certainly not necessarily all uses all had to apply the ozone, therefore joined one kind in the quartz glass "the titanium" the element, isolated the 200nm above ultraviolet ray in the quartz glass, caused the major part the ozone to be cut off in the lamp tube, but the ultraviolet ray degree of illumination still was allowed to penetrate the quartz lamp, namely achieved effect and so on sterilization.
